In PS 2024, can the clone stamp be rotated?

I can't rotate the clone stamp in PS 2024. Is it only possible in full PS? Thank you.

No it cannot be rotated in pse 2024

. . .  You can always clone to a new layer and rotate the layer.

I followed advise from Gary S. I created two copies of the document and used one of the copies to rotate the whole thing in steps using Cntl + T.  Then made a Clone Stamp of the rotated item and then opened the second document and placed the rotated item.  The whole decorative semicircle required many steps with some trial and error with different angles.  Took a long time but it works.  Thanks Gary S.
