Is there a way to reduce the size of the lettering of the captions? I am setting the print out to 3 columns and the lettering of the captions are cut off.

What captions are you talking about?
Elements Organizer 2023 “Media” > “Information” > “General” > “Caption”
Each photo given a “Caption”:
“Photos Selected” 14 > Select print > “Contact sheet”
Are you trying to print a contact sheet? YES
What size of paper? 8.5” X 11”
What size of print? 8.5” X 11”
As you can see in the “Print Preview” above, The lettering for the Captions is much too big to fit.
Is there a way to reduce the caption size?
There should be (2) images within the text. If they are not allowed through let me know and I will explain further.
Thank you,

Or are you talking about the captions in the Editor's Process Multiple Files dialog? If so, you can change the size of the font in the dialog? The pixel resolution of the file has an effect on the size of the caption font.

I don't think there is any setting to change the font. However, you say that you are setting to print 3 columns but your screenshot shows the setting as 4 columns. If you change it to 3, there will be more width for the text to display. Also, you have the Crop to Fit box checked. This crops each contact sheet thumbnail to be printed. If you uncheck the box, the full width of each thumbnail will display and may show more of the caption text. (I'm assuming that the photos are portrait oriented.)

After many changes/modifications to settings in Elements and the "printer options" I was still unable to achieve my desired results.
Ended up copy/paste images and using "text Box" for the "captions" in MS Publisher with excellent results fulfilling my needs.
Thanks to all for your input. Amazing how quickly, and with such dedicated responses, this FORUM functions.
