Install Photoshop Elements on a new computer

I've installed Photoshop Elements on my mac High Sierra. In a few weeks I will change my computer for a new one with Catalina. Will it be able to reinstall it easily ? Shall I do something special before ?

You can only install PSE 2020. Older versions can't be installed on Catalina because the installers use 32 bit components.
