Installation Option screen is abbreviated - cannot continue

Trying to install Photoshop Elements 2019. The Installation Options screen is abbreviated and does not show all the options so I cannot continue with the install. The screen resolution is at its maximum setting (1920 x 1080) and the text size is at its lowest setting (100%).
