Nach fast erfolgreicher Installation (ich hatte den Lizenzschlüssel sogar eingegeben, musste dann die Installation aber 1x abbrechen und neu starten, seit dem besteht der Fehler) von Adobe PS Elements 14 auf meinem Win-8 PC (gerade vor 5 Tagen neu aufgesetzt!)
kommt kurz nach Klick auf "Set-Up", um die Installation zu starten die o.g. Fehlermeldung: "Folgende Probleme sind aufgetreten. Installer konnte nicht initialisiert werden. Laden Sie Adobe Support Advisor herunter".
Habe das Programm daraufhin 1x ordnungsgemäß über Windows deinstalliert (das ging, entsprechend weit muss die Installation beim 1. Mal geklappt haben!).
Alle meine neuen Installationsversuche sind nun aber gescheitert. Ich komme nie über den Schritt hinaus, die Download-Datei zu extrahieren, dann über Klick auf "Set-Up" die Installation zu starten.
Hier kommt die erste Fehlermeldung: "Der Installer hat festgestellt, dass möglicherweise ein Computerneustart erforderlich ist. Beenden Sie den Installer, starten Sie den Computer neu und versuchen Sie die Installation erneut."
Ich habe meinen PC mittlerweile x-mal runter- und wieder hochgefahren. Ändert nichts. Wenn ich statt "Beenden" auf "Ignorieren" klicke, startet die Installation und kurz darauf kommt dann die 2. o.g. Fehlermeldung: "Folgende Probleme sind aufgetreten. Installer konnte nicht initialisiert werden. Laden Sie Adobe Support Advisor herunter".
Im jetzigen Zustand taucht über "Programme deinstallieren" Adobe PS Elements NICHT mehr auf.
Ich habe mir zum Bereinigen also das "Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool" runtergeladen und letztlich ALLES gecleaned. Log-Datei s.u.! PC runtergefahren. Alle runtergeladenen Dateien von Adobe PS Elements gelöscht und neu runtergeladen und die Installation neu gestartet. Aber nur mit dem gleichen Ergebnis wie oben. Was kann ich noch tun?
