I upgraded my Windows 10 to Windows 11 yesterday. I have Photoshop Elements 2020 and now when I go to Instant Fix, make changes, click on Save, it freezes. The photos I am trying to edit are photos I downloaded to PE2020 from my iPhone 8 today. After editing, I always click on Done 3 times after clicking on Save, which takes me back to my photos with the Information window on the right. Now I have to close out of Instant Fix, taking me back to my Photoshop Elements 2020 window where I click on Organizer to get back to my photos. Is there something I have to adjust in Windows 11 or PE2020?

I have no idea whether this will fix your problem, but if you simply upgraded to Windows 11 from Windows 10 and did not reinstall the program, it may be worth uninstalling Elements 2020 and reinstalling it. Since Windows 11 uses a new file security system and there have been changes in Windows Explorer, I can only speculate that certain file saving symptoms that you are experiencing may be caused by the upgrade.
Since Elements 2020 is not officially supported for Win 11, you may want to wait until @Somya_Agarwal responds further to you.
