Invalid Serial number: photoshop and premier elements

I have just redownloaded photoshop and premiere elements on my laptop but it won't accept my serial numbers

I have had them working on this laptop before and other laptops

Does anyone have any idea why it's not accepting my serial numbers?

Hi there,

It seems Adobe Elements is not accepting your serial number.

Please make sure you are using a serial number that starts with 1057 for Photoshop Elements & 1143 for Premiere Elements.

Please also do check which version of Elements you have purchased & what exactly version you have installed in your machine.

Please do let us know if you are getting any specific error messages while activation.

Which version of Photoshop and Premiere Elements are you using and what is your computer's OS?
