iPhone 7 Plus

My iPhone 7 Plus isn't recognized (not an option to select) in the "import" list nor "from Camera or Card Reader." This obviously prevents me from downloading my pics from my phone to my computer.

    Can you download the photos using Windows Explorer and then import into the organizer?

    When I went to back-up my iPhone 6 Plus (not iPhone 7 Plus, my mistake) in iTunes, it wanted to update my iPhone OS. I had already updated my iPhone but after I updated it again through iTunes, I was able to see my phone listed in Photoshop Elements 15 in “import” “from Camera or Card Reader” and download all my photos from my phone.
