Is this a legit customer service email for Adobe?

After I posted in the PSE Adobe Community, I received a private message to my email from a sender named "Adobe Nicola Timlin" saying "You can Directly send Email to our Adobe Customer Care Team at Email Address:- Adobe.Community at yahoo.com and they will help you via Email.

Team Adobe"

Is this legit? It seems odd to me that Adobe would use a Yahoo email address and then I started getting asked for things like the serial number, etc. that make me nervous that it's a scam.
