Hi there,

Earlier tonight I bought the double package for both adope elements 2023 and adobe photoshop 2023, I have spent the last 2 and a bit hours following all guidance and help given to me by the help page as when I attempt to install either one i recieve error code 113, claiming I cannot connect to the adobe servers. I have tried multiple different internet connections, I have disabled all my antivirus and firewall software, and my PC has the specs to run the software. Somebody please give me some guidance or help on this issue.

Thanks.

I wish I found this post days ago! I've tried every suggestion I could find, which pretty much consisted of continuously uninstalling and reinstalling CC desktop app and using the cleaner. My PC is connected via wifi in work, as it's away from any active ports. I even brought it home and connected to my home wifi because error 113 was suggesting problems with firewalls or server connection. I deactivated everything I possibly could to do with firewalls and anti-virus and was about to give up until I saw your post.

Once I connected via ethernet, all apps install without problem, with the firewall and anti-virus in place. That’s very frustrating that you can have an active internet connection with fast download/upload but being wifi causes problems connecting to the servers. There must be some other underlying problem but I’m amazed that I’ve read so many other comments with people having the same problem as me and unable to resolve it but only by chance did I find a post suggesting that hard-wired was required.

Either way I can finally get on with using my Adobe CC apps. Thank you for taking the time to post!

In the past users have done this to get theses installed:  Don't connect your / modem computer via wifi to the internet- connect it directly to your router via a network cable--- install it, then connect it however you want to, like go back to the wifi connection if that's what you want.
