just downloaded free trial of adobe elements

Have new iMac 27 inch high Sierra. Trying to keep computer clean of unnecessary files..When I went to check on apps. There was two of adobe items files One said older version then above that the same one   I guess newer version. I had the option of deleting the older files that said older version but was hesitant.. I never had the adobe elements on here. Question being can I delete the Double files?
