Just starting off. [Locked]

HI. I have just started with Adobe Photoshop elements. When I try to import an image into the editor screen only part of image appears. This does not happen with all photos but does with some. What am I doing wrong please. Unfortunately it happens on the ones I need to try to edit out a mark in top corners. (someone had their finger over part of lense) Thanks Neil
