Keeping pictures with bounds

Hello,

As you may see in the picture attached my images open not within EPS Elements Image outside.JPGlements but anywhere on the screen.

This never used to happen and I would like to know how to get the pictures opening within the working area of PS Elements.

 

Can someone please help with this.

You currently have floating windows. Go to the  Edit>Preferences>General dialog (or press Ctrl+K) and uncheck the box to Allow Floating Windows in Expert Mode.
