Keyboard shortcut for file/new/image from clipboard - Elements 2020

Is there a keyboard shortcut in Elements 2020 for creating new images from the clipboaed?   The "long" way is File/New/Image from Clipboard.  Thanks.

The quickest method is Ctrl+N followed by Ctrl+V if you don't like using the menu.
