Launching Adobe Photoshop Elements 2024 on Mac Studio immediately crashes. MacOS Sonoma 14.5

New Photoshop Elements 2024 install on MacOS Sonoma 14.5, automatically crashes. The quit unexpectedly error window appears. Can someone please help?
