Licensing has stop working for Photoshop

I have just got a pop from Photoshop with heading saying Licensing for this product has stopped working and has error code 150:30.
Can anyone help with what to do?

I used it all last year without any issues, and I have just returned to work and have gone to use the program and it came up with the error 150:30.

Yes I have the Cd and license number etc
