Lost action icons in photoshop elements 2020

I'm not sure if they are icons, but previously on the right hand panel I could play actions on photos. It's gone now.  I'm a windows user. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure you are in Expert Mode. 

Select Actions from the Window menu. 

The Actions panel will then open.

Taking it a bit further... if you use the Actions panel a lot you might want to take advantage of Photoshop Elements' Custom Workspace feature.
