A relative died at the respectable age of 91. He had this habit of not looking straight into the camera, so now other realtives are asking around for pictures where he would look into the camera. I once helped him with his passport pictures so I had - a passport picture XD at which the others sneered at.
So, I looked at the picture and it was him but at the same time not him - he always had a little smile on his face.
I'm new to Photshop (Elements 2022) but Photoshop family is famous for making things look different from what they were to start with.
My question is if I would try to edit that picture so that his mouth would curve just a little bit even in other corner how would I approach it ?

Do what's shown, easy peasy- no reason to watch videos about the luiqify tool for what you need. That first link the expert provided doesn't apply to PSE (It's from the full version of photoshop) - ignore it.
