Hallo,

 

I have a official license for photoshop element and premiere. When I install the mobile app I get the message " your adobe elements mobile app trial has expired"

How can I solve this?

The mobile app is available in English as a public beta to the licensed users of:
• Photoshop Elements 2023 and Premiere Elements 2023 desktop applications.
• Photoshop Elements 2024 and Premiere Elements 2024 desktop applications.

Hello everyone,

I've had exactly the same problem since the last update of the mobile app - unfortunately you can no longer recognize a requester for logging in, the screen is not completely displayed on the mobile device. See attached screenshot.

After you have deleted the app, you can then enter your Adobe ID for a new installation - unfortunately with the same success - see screen above. "Your Adobe Elements Mobile App trial has expired"

It would be nice if there was some feedback from Adobe Support. But no response either by email or here in the forum is a bit annoying.

Please share the following details so that we can investigate this further.

  1. Which Elements applications have you installed on the desktop along with their respective versions? (Photoshop Elements, Premiere Elements, or both)?
  2. Have you launched the desktop apps: Elements Organizer, Photoshop Elements, and Premiere Elements? Please do share the launch status of Elements Organizer as that is important for further debugging.
  3. Which type of sign-in method are you using to log in: Apple ID/Google ID/Any other ID
  4. Have you tried accessing Elements Web (https://elements.adobe.com/)? If yes, please share the license state of Elements Web (Trial mode vs Paid mode)
  5. Please share the language in which you've tried to install the app.
  6. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app? Does it resolve the issue?

1.   Photoshop Elements 2024 und Premiere Elements 2024 
2.  Es wurden alle Anwendungen (Elements/Organizer/Premiere) ohne Probleme gestartet
3.  Meine Adobe ID
4.  Adobe Elements (Beta) lässt sich nicht starten es kommt oben in der Menüzeile die Meldung "Trial ended"
5.  Deutsch
6.  Mehrfach, aber das löst leider auch nicht das Problem, welches erst mit dem letzten Update von Januar auftrat. Photoshop Elements Mobile App lief vorher einwadfrei auf meinem iPhone sowie iPAD.

... ich habe es mitlerweile einfach aufgegeben für mein Problem eine Lösung zu finden - es gibt ja auch noch durchaus andere Apps die man auf einem iPAD nutzen kann. Diese müssen dann nicht zwingend von Adobe kommen.
