Moving Old version of Elements to new computer different operatin system

I want to move Elements 15 to a Windows computer. When I go to my products list it only provides a download for the OSX version that I previously used. Where can I find the Windows version?

Possibly you purchased a Mac only download unless you have the boxed version with installation disks for both Mac and Windows.
