Moving program from PC to Laptop?

Question

I'm running PSE 11 on an old PC which had Vindows 10 pro on it. The old PC is always giving me problems (mostly made I think by Microsoft).

This old program is hardly ever used so my wife wants me to get a laptop instead. I know that I can get a laptop that is powerfull enough but what about the software?

Can I still use my original software since I have both the disk,in it's box with its,serial number? Would I have a problem re registerng it?

You are entitled to have a copy of the program installed on two computers.  So there should be no problem installing or registering the program on the new computer.  However, if you are no longer using the old computer, you should sign out of Elements from the Help menu.
