Moving the map icon in Organizer

Hello all,

 

I'm using Photoshop elements 2020. In the organizer map function, when you add a new location, if I want to move the icon to a specific location within the city, I cannot move the icon even though there's seem to be a "move" icon underneath it. 

 

Anyone else having the issue, or is there a trick I do not know about?
