My computer's hard drive recently corrupted but it was recovered. I had Photoshop Elements 14 downloaded onto the computer previously and it was not redownloaded on recovery. How do I redownload it?

Hi. My main computer died on me recently and took a lot of things with it, but not a ton of essential stuff. However, it took my Photoshop elements with it. I had previously redownloaded it from another computer. I had originally got it for my laptop, but after I got a new computer, I reinstalled it using the serial onto this current one. How do I reinstall it onto this computer, or do I have to get a new copy of the program>
