My printer stopped working with my PSE13

I have an Epson printer. It has worked fine for several months. Now, when trying to print from PSE13, it says my printer is not compatible. It will print from all other programs.

    Hi deannam45716296,

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Please try out the following solution:

    1. Close the application.

    2. Double click on application icon to launch. This will show the welcome screen.

    3. CTRL-SHIFT-ALT immediately after you click the Organizer/Editor button.

    4. A dialog will open. Click "yes" button to clear print preferences.

    This will resolve your problem. Your feedback is really appreciated.
