Question

No graphics!

Out of the Blue - my graphics just went away from Photoshop Elements 14.

Downloaded a new version - same thing?

The actual file folders are there backgrounds, animals, etc - but there's nothing in them!  I have a copy of 10 and it has the graphics.

Help!

Try out following steps and see if it helps:

GO to:

C:\Program Data\Adobe\Photoshop Elements\14.0\Locale\en_us   (WIN)

//Library/Application Support/Adobe/Photoshop Elements/14.0/Locale/en_US/   (MAC)

Rename the file Mediadatabase.db3 to Mediadatabase_old.db3

Re-launch Photoshop Elements Editor. A progress bar appears as the media database is re-created. Wait for this process to complete.

Let us know if the problem persists.

Thanks,

The problem persists.  I can only find a graphic if I type a word like "blue" or "map", but none of the tabs for backgrounds, frames, etc has anything in it.
