no plugins with PS Elements 15

Question

Dear team,after installing PSE15 I wanted my plugins back (besides, they all worked well under Elements 12!) and copied them into the plugins folder of PSE15.The operating system is Win 7 64 ultimate.Except for the Google colorfx plugins NO one of the other plugins works! Not even the DXO film packs works!PSE15 says I have to look into the systems information and there I got the following message: DxO FilmPack 3 NO VERSION -  - aus Datei “fppv3-photoshop.8bf”what does it mean: "No Version" ???The same with all other of my plugins, also my important Epson print plugin does not work.  Seems, I'd  better kept PSE12...What I'm doing wrong?regards,Jürgen

I have the same issue with Topaz plugins. I have several. They worked fine in PSE 13. I upgraded to PSE 15, and now when I go to the Topaz Labs folder to install them, only some of them install. The two I use most of the time don't show up under Filters. I used Chat and got no help at all.

I'm using Mac with Sierra OS. Anyone have any ideas?
