No URL

Complete novice here.  Tried to establish an adobe ID this AM, from Elements Editor.  Everything went fine until the end.  Kept getting a pop-up stating that I needed to agree to terms. There was no place to agree to terms.

So I went another direction and searched the web. Was able to establish an ID.  Got it. I'm here, but there was no mention

of a URL

Do I need the URL?

If so, would you please guide me in establishing one?

Adobe Id is the same as your current Email address that you used to login to these forums.  There is no other URL or none is required.  How you got this is beyond me because PSE hasn't got any place to enter this.  Can you post a screenshot of what exactly were you asked because URL stands for Uniform Resource Locator and this is same as website address like www.microsoft.com or www.google.com or www.adobe.com.
