not enough ram error message photoshop elements 2020

I am getting this error message dispate having double the recommended amount of ram on my computer to run the software,

 

Can you advise folk how I deal with the issue?

What OS are you using?  What are your computer specs, including how much RAM?

 

And when are you getting the error message?  Give us a screenshot of the error message if possible.

To be precise in your answers, I suggest to copy and paste the first 15 lines or so of the the report you get from the menu Help > system information in the editor.

Also state

- the precise text of the error message.

- a screenshot of the menu Edit >> preference >> performance.

- your choices for autonalysis, autocreations and face recognition.

- the size of your main hard disk if it's an SSD.
