Not installing on Mac OS Monterey

I am having trouble downloading my new 2022 PSE. I already have the Monterey downloaded. I read there's issues. Any solutions yet, so I can get it installed? It installs up to 8 percent but pretty much just stays there.

Installation should have went fine without any issues, although there is an issue with Mac OS 12.0.1 around launch of application.

Could you please collect logs using the Adobe log collector tool and share with us to investigate further: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html

I'm having the same trouble, Photoshop Elements 2022 would not install. 7% install and hang, 9% install and hang. I sent my log files. Help!

Premier Elements 2022 I bought at the same time, installed and works.
