I want to open PSE15 with the photo editor rather than the welcome screen. I know it can be done but I can't remember how.

    Hello,

    On the Welcome Screen, there's a setting icon. When you click on the icon, you can choose to always open the photo editor whenever you launch PSE 15. Please refer to the following screenshot.

      Look for the PhotoshopElementsEditor.exe file in the programs folders and create a desktop shorcut.

      Same if you want a shortcut for the organizer.
