ouverture menu fichier PSP Elements 2019 Organiser + pop-up publicitaire

Bonjour, le menu fichier s'ouvre au bout de 15 secondes alors que tout les autres menus s'affiche instantanément, est-ce normal ?

De plus j'ai un pop-up publicitaire qui s'ouvre régulièrement en bas a gauche de mon écran, il y a t'il un moyen de le supprimer?

All menus should open instantly. You can try refreshing the preferences and hope it helps.

For that do one of the following:

Press and hold Alt+Control+Shift (Mac: Option+Command+Shift) immediately after Photoshop Elements begins launching. Click Yes to delete the Adobe Photoshop Elements settings file.
Go to Edit > Preferences (Mac: Photoshop Elements > Preferences > General), click the Reset Preferences on next launch button, and then click OK. When you restart Adobe Photoshop Elements, all preferences are reset to default settings.

A new preferences file is created the next time you start Photoshop Elements Editor.

For the second query, regarding advertising, kindly update your preferences under Edit menu > Preferences > Adobe Partner Services.

Thank you for answering me but the problem is when I am identifying people with facial recognition, the file menu is very slow to open. now, I encounter a new problem on the automatic monitoring of the files, it does not work even after the reinstallation of adobe elements ... difficult to believe but for the moment Picasa 3 works better on facial identification with the same number of pictures ... and after a few tens of minutes, the program closes without error message. I don't want to disable facial recognition because that's why I bought the software.
