Question

Panasonic DMC-TZ100

I have just bought Elements 15.

I made sure I have the latest camera raw file.

Using my Panasonic DMC-TZ100 I created a DCP file with QPcard to calibrate the colours.

When I load in the RW2 raw files in Elements 15 I am unable to see the DCP file in camera raw.

I have checked my Canon 6D and my Sony RX100 and both work perfectly.

Any help/advice would be appreciated.

Thanks

Jim

What operating system are you using?

Maybe the profiled wasn't saved to the correct folder.

Check in one of the following locations and see if the profile is there.

    mac

    /Users/User Name/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CameraRaw/CameraProfiles

    windows

    C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CameraRaw\CameraProfiles

    Thanks for responding R_Kelly.

    I am using windows 10.

I can also confirm that QPcard puts the dcp profile in C:\users\jim\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\cameraraw\cameraprofiles.

I have 2 Panasonic DMC TZ-100 dcp profiles created by QPcard in this directory and Elements does not recognise either.

I have changed the exif file of my Panasonic DMC TZ-100 to a Panasonic DMC LF-1 (an older camera) using an exif editor.

Elements does recognise this older camera and I am able to get a colour profile.

I can only conclude that the dcp software in Elements has not been updated to include my TZ-100 camera.

Any idea when this will happen?

    Regards
