PE 2019 Upgrade from PE10

Can someone tell me if I purchase the 2019 upgrade (currently using v10), will I receive DVDs in the mail?

I have S L O W DSL internet and a multiple gig download will end up with an error!

Adobe no longer supplies dvds, everything is a download.

If you buy the boxed set from another vendor like for example B&H, then you can get a dvd.

(just using B&H as an example, since it's a known reputable dealer. There are others like Best Buy, etc.)
