Photomerge Panorama Hangs up in PSE15

New Here ,
Jul 02, 2017 Jul 02, 2017

Just upgraded from PSE8 to PSE 15, and now find the panorama feature (which I use all the time) is struggling to merge any of my images. I have gone into preferences (per an internet search) and changed the ruler measurement to pixels. It's still either incredibly slow or hangs up. Reduced image resolution to 300 ppi and same result, though a tiny bit faster.

Anyone else have this problem and better yet, a fix?

Thanks! New to this forum,

Julia

Thanks for replying, but this literally has nothing to do with my problem. I called Customer Service and the answer is to completely reset Photoshop Elements 15. And that worked! It was an issue of being newly downloaded and not playing well with my computer yet.
