Photomerge Photoshop Elements

Photoshop Elements 15 keeps crashing when I try to use the Photomerge operations. I've resent preferences and that doesn't help. Any suggestions? Working on a PC with Windows 10. Please help.

    I have the same problem.  The photomerge panorama works fine with PSE14, but stopped working when I upgraded to PSE15.

    Hi Jessica,

    Please answer my following queries regarding your issue:

    • Does it crash everytime you do Photomerge or is it intermittent?
    • Please mention the steps if you have any when the reproducibility of crash is 100%
    • The following help article mentions two solutions for a similar problem:

    Photoshop Elements 14 crashes on using Photomerge Panorama

           Try these and mention if the issue resolves.

    • It would be helpful if you can share the crash logs with us for further investigation.
