How can I see the photos that I took with My cell S20 Ultra 5G in Elements Organizer?

What OS and version of Elements are you using?

Elements 2021 through 2023 should be able to handle the files, natively.  

Elements 2020 can handle them by using this workaround.

Hi,

If you want to access your media taken from phone in Elements Organizer, you can use the cloud feature available in Elements 2023.

There is a mobile app for Photoshop elements which you can download from the google play store and use it to upload your media to cloud, once you have successfully uploaded the media to cloud, you can import those cloud media in Elements organizer using the button 'Import from Cloud' under the 'Import' button.
