Photoshop 15 Serial number

I am trying to re-download this program however I am having trouble getting the correct serial to finish the download. I have the 24 digit number however the download prompt only allows 5. Where or how do I get the correct numbers/letters??

    Do you mean you see 6 blank boxes on screen?

    If so, you enter your serial number in groups of 4; one group in each box. So 4 numbers in each box.
