Photoshop CC or Photoshop Elements

I have a small business and I'm trying to finish my logo - I wanted to take a piece of the logo - a pic of a lady with a heart - and I wanted to reverse her direction - from facing left to facing right --- would I be able to do both of these tasks in both Photoshop and in Photoshop Elements?  My local community center is giving a course in Photoshop Elements - am I better off with that application than Photoshop CC?

You should be able to do that readily in Photoshop Elements.

Thank you so much for your generous offer - I did have a friend fix it for me already - but I have a trial photoshop application now - but it is overwhelming to learn - I think I will do better with Photoshop Elements if I can do the things I mentioned above.  Thanks again!

Take the course.  A lot of what you learn can be translated to Photoshop if you decide to move to Photoshop in the future.
