Hi , I've moved your post from the Photoshop forum to the Photoshop Elements forum where you are more likely to get help with your issue.

This is a user to user forum.
Have you installed any additions / plugins? Many times such errors are end user caused, it's not the program. Any number of things can cause this- however, we need alot more information to reall help here--- it is a user to user forum so be patient.
How solid is your internet connection?
How old is your computer, and what's it's specs-- RAM / CPU type --- zero reason to include one of those comically long error reports- just the system basics.
What exactely are you doing when the error occures? You can't just say "Using the program"-- be specific: "I was applying a red/green gradient fill to a selection made in a PNG image that was 4000 x 4000 pixels in size".
HAve you manually installed / used any actions you may have purchased?
Have you manually installed anything into PSE 2024--- brushes, styles, actions, things like that?
They more we know up front really helps.

In the error message window, did you explain in detail what led to the error and then send it to Adobe? That helps, but not immediately.
