photoshop element organizer 12

Hello I have a probleme with my organizer. I can't see vignette of video MP4 with resolution oh 1920x1080.

Anyone can help me??? please

Choose from the View menu - see image below.

Thank you for your answer but I have already activated the view for video.

My problem is that for some video an image is shown but for some other it only appears black.

The video that appears black are in fact those taken with my Gopro.

Can you select a black file and try:

Edit >> Update Thumbnail
