Photoshop Element Won;t open

I downloaded Photoshop Elements and I try to Install I get a small screen that I cannot make bigger to see the button to install. As you can see I can,t see the button to go ahead. What do I do

Press the Tab key, and it will move you to the next entry point in the dialog.  Once you get to the OK button, the installation should proceed.
