My WIN 10 (upgraded from 8) crashed and I needed to install completely new on a new disk. Now Photoshop Elements 10 (bought with the notebook) has been installed again by downloading from Adobe website. Editing module starts perfectly but the Organizer fails to launch. Error message: DirectX could not be initialized! But DirectX 12 is installed by the WIN installation!? Can anybody give an advice? Thanks a lot in advance.
