photoshop elements 11 64 bit

I have download photoshop elements from app store. I want a update for 64 bit operation, for future apple systems & updates (mojave ect). How can I ubtade it on b4 bit?

You would have to buy a new/upgrade to photoshop elements 2019.

Pse 11 was only 32 bit.

The mac app store still has pse 2018, which is out of date and won't have pse 2019 until sometime in November.

Update to this Jan 27, 2020 as it seems photoshop 2020 is the only version that is fully compatible with macOS Catalina.
