Photoshop Elements 11 upgrade
I just purchased a new iMac and migrated my PS11. How do I go about upgrading to a newer version for my IMAC. Is it free? Do I have to Buy It? Can I buy it for a one time price or do I have to pay annually.

There is no free upgrade.
You can buy PSE 2019 for a one time price and use it until your operating system no longer supports it.
Migrating an Adobe application will not work. You have to do a proper installation.
