Photoshop Elements 11

I use the editing feature in Organizer. It worked fine for me then . . . suddenly the choices changed. I want my former editing feature back. After choosing a photo, I went into EDIT  WITH PHOTOSHOP EDITOR and my photo appeared in a box with a column of choices for editing. The first choice was "Brightness." followed by several others includIng EXPOSURE and several others. Clicking on one choice had it appear with a bar above it that could be moved from left to right. This bar appeared over each choice for editing. The whole column was replaced (???? why? how?) by some editing choices that, when one is chosen, shows 9 or so boxes with varying degrees of lightness, color, etc. I MUCH prefer my former choices and want them back! Please!

Thank you for a quick reply but that did not solve my problem. I do not use INSTANT FIX. I choose EDIT from the menu, then EDIT WITH PHOTOSHOP ELEMENTS EDITOR. However, I solved the problem myself. When the site opened, it was under QUICK. I clicked on GUIDED and the choices I want for editing appeared. Yay!

    Hi Denise,

When you choose EDIT WITH PHOTOSHOP EDITOR, you enter a different application which is editor, different from organizer, which has all these options for Exposure and brightness etc. It is an advanced editing over what you could do in Organizer with one-click edits.

    Refer to this screenshot:

so if you want to make edits in organizer you have to click the highlighted button "Instant fix" on lower right corner. This would open the panel on right would show you these on click edits. Clicking this "instant fix" button again would close back the panel.

I hope I have understood your query correctly and trying to assist you accordingly. Please feel free to get back to us in case there is some other issue.

    Thanks,

    Arshla
