Photoshop Elements 13

Hi

My Photoshop 13 has suddenly stopped working.  It won't even open.  I am running Catalina 10.15.7 on a MacBook Pro.  I don't know where to go or what to do.  Shoud I re-install?  I need a link for what to do, please.

I assume you upgraded to Catalina while Elements 13 was already installed since that's the only way I'm aware of that you can run it. Elements 13 is not supported on, and cannot be installed on, Catalina. You've done well to get this much use out of it.

 

You need the current version Elements 2021 to run Elements on Catalina.

Yes I did upgrade while I had Elements 13 already installed.
