Photoshop elements 14 serial number is <serial number removed>. I bought Photoshop Elements 14 and found it was for Windows, but I use a Mac and would like to get the Mac version or a refund.

Did you receive any reply from Adobe support?  I have the same issue and I have sent them an e-mail.... but they didn´t answer yet.

I tried to download the the software again but this time for MAC using the same serial number I have for Windows... and it didn´t work.
