Photoshop Elements 14 update

I am using Photoshop Elements 14.  It says there is an update,  but the update is 13.1.  When I run the update it downloads and tries to install the update but an error comes up saying the update failed,  if you click on error log a webpage opens and says site can't be reached.  I don't know why if I am using Photoshop Elements 14 I would get a 13.1 update.  Is there anyway to get an update for Photoshop Elements 14.  If I click on system info in Elements it says version: 14.1 (20151206.m.83730).  I would appreciate any help.

    I suspect that when you invoke the Updater from 14, it will examine your machine and present you with any available updates for installed Adobe products.  So, if you still have 13 installed, it downloaded the 13.1 update.  Because you had 14 open, the update failed.  This is just a guess on my part.

    I believe you have the latest update for PSE 14.  I just ran the updates applet and it reported I have the latest version.  My About screen shows the same version as you indicate.  Do you have, or have you ever had, Elements 13 on your computer?

    Yes I still have Photoshop Elements 13 on my computer.
