Photoshop Elements 15 error 0xc000007b

Hi,

I installed Adobe Photoshop Elements 15 on my Windows 10, x64. The Editor cannot be opened due to application error 0xc000007b.

Uninstalled, installed the app - same issue.

Repaired all the MS Visual C++ package (2012, 2013, 2015) - same issue.

Downloaded the dll-files msvcr80.dll and msvcr100.dll - same issue.

I desperately need help.
