Photoshop Elements 15 - how to redeem redemption code for S/N

I purchased Photoshop Elements 15 & premiere elements 15 at Best Buy. I have an Adobe ID and have the redemption code that came in the box with the install DVD. However, when I follow the directions to redeem the redemption code for a serial number that is required to continue the install of the software the url it sends me to is not valid. How do I redeem this redemption code for a serial number?

    Dear Sir/Madam, It's me Daniel Pateña, so far I have not been successful in having a redemption code. Please advise me the soonest on how to get the proper code. Thank You !

      This did not work. I have a boxed product - not a a CC product.

      The URL from the instructions in the product box and the URL in the info you mentioned sends you to www.adobe.com/go/getserial

      but when you try that page you get an error "sorry this page is unavailable"

      I did try to enter my redemption code using the adobe.com/redeem page you also mentioned above - but just get error that this code is not valid - I think that is because that link is for CC products not boxed products like I have.

      I am currently logged in just fine - so don't think it is an adobe ID issue - I think the page has either changed or is down.

      I still am unable to redeem my redemption code for a S/N.

        Hello! I just purchased at BEST BUY as well and cannot enter my redemption code anywhere as well and I called Geek Squad and they told me to call Adobe. Big help...this is frustrating as Adobe not open till Tuesday probably.

        There is nowhere to get this on my computer.


        Yes, the link is also broken for me.

        I have sent report about that...

        You might try the 'chat' option for help from your Adobe Account but I am not sure the staff agents there will be able to solve the problem.
